    Aside from the fact that you do these drawings really really really well, I was wondering...
    Do you just sketch them out with pen and ink then later use watercolor to "enhance" them or ???
    They are really wonderful!!

    Marian, thanks for the comment.

    I always start with pen and waterproof ink and often add at least some of the watercolor on site. I carry a waterbrush that allows me to paint water color without using an open container of water. I often punch them up a bit when I get home.
