I took a drive away from town today and found a spot to pull the truck off the road at this hayfield that had recently been cut. I had my oil painting gear with me but was too lazy to set it all up. I've not done any plein air oil painting this summer.

It was a good day for watercolor yesterday because I noticed I didn't have to wait for washes to dry. I bet you didn't either!
